The "Loads of Dice" series is for gamers who have loads of dice laying around and fancy a new challenge. For this one player "solitaire" game, you will need at least 13 dice, and preferably a few more.
You have made it your quest to kill the mighty Dragon. Armed with ordinary 6-sided dice and a standard pack of 52 playing cards, you will use strategy and luck to complete 8 adventures which lead you to the dragon's lair and hopefully, to success. You will build your deck and manage your hand, as well as allocating dice to skills in order to help you complete each adventure. Using dexterity, intelligence, magic and strength, you will face many different enemies, as well as thieves, traps and more. Fortunately, you can search for new items, use magic to restore health and trade goods in town to help, as well as many other actions. Each play-through is different as you move through the events on the roll of a dice, ensuring that whilst the challenges come thick and fast every time, they will come at you in different circumstances. Can you master the deck- and dice-building mechanics to give you at least a chance of slaying the Dragon? Go ahead, give it a try, if you're brave enough...

The book is 372 pages long (336 events plus detailed instructions), but each play-through lands on about 100 or so of those events. Once you get used to how it all works, each game will take about 40 minutes, assuming you reach the end of course!
