They are seasoned naturally with onions, Serrano peppers and cilantro, creating a fresh, homemade flavor. Nopalitos are low in fat and high in calcium and vitamin A. Vegetarians, take note: nopalitos make for a delicious meat alternative in many dishes, such as casseroles. Ingredients: Tender Cactus, Water, Onion, Cilantro, Serrano Peppers, Iodized Salt, Distilled Vinegar and 0.1% of Sodium Benzoate (as Preservative).
