- COMPATIBILITY LIMITATIONS: Please note that if using this adapter for devices powered by a barrel jack or RJ11 connector, an additional adapter cable is needed. This adapter may not be compatible with Australian vehicles – if you have an Australian vehicle, please contact Dongar support. This adapter may not be compatible with smart mirrors. - COMPATIBLE VEHICLES: Examples of compatible vehicles for this plug & play dash cam adapter include: Subaru Ascent, Crosstrek, and Forester (2021-2025, various trims – this may not be compatible with Australian-made vehicles). - AUTO-DIMMING REQUIREMENT: This Dongar dash cam adapter requires an auto-dimming or powered rearview mirror (such as a mirror with garage buttons) to function.
