Route along the template edge, and you'll get a perfect mortise. The kit includes 3 templates total: one latch plate template (1" × 2-1/4") and two strike plate templates (2-3/4" × 1-1/8" and 2-1/4" × 1-3/4").
  • 【Note】Not for drilling knob or latch holes. The center pocket on the door jamb for the deadbolt or latch must be cut separately using a drill bit or chisel. No tools are provided for this step. This kit also does not include a door hinge mortise template.
