With Dr. Oetker Gelfix Classic 1: 1 you can produce your classic-sweet favorite jams, jam and gels. They need about the same ratio of fruit and sugar, that is, A bag of Gelfix Classic is sufficient for 1,000 g of prepared fruit and 1,150 g of sugar. For jellies you need 850 ml of fruit juice and 1,000 g of sugar. With Gelfix Classic, you have the choice not only of the fruits, but also of the sugar: you can also use tube or brown sugar as desired, giving your jam a light caramel touch
