Warm Prompts:

1. Ink lamp flashing or bright on the printer panel, because of chip can only identify the original ink,ink capacity counting function failure, Please feel free to use, the prompt does not affect the print.
2. Computer displays the pop-up dialog box prompts the ink capacity is low,display "?"" replace" or install the ink cartridge for generic cartridges, please just click "OK" continue to print, the dialog box prompts because of the printer software can only identify original ink , when install remanufactured ink cartridges will appear similar tips, but does not affect the print effect.
3. If printer can't print or does not recognize the cartridge, please take out the ink cartridge and check the printer word car and see if there is any waste of ink or dirt,wipe clean with a cotton stick alcohol, and use rubber gently wipe the touch point on cartridge chip back and forth, so that the oxide layer removal and re-install the ink cartridges.
4. When installing the cartridge must be installed in place, with finger tip cartridges to completely stuck in place then hands away and cover printer cover( this step is repeated several times if necessary).
