Neither of the lid or the stainless steel rack is NSF approved. The stainless steel rack and the lid are both food safe.
- Collapsible Hinged Lid - BPA free plastic lid features a hinge so you could collapse it to remove or refill water or ingredients while long time cooking. Patented hinge design makes it a must-have lid for sous vide cooking. It is compatible with Breville Joule only. The hinge is tested to perfectly perform 100,000 uses.
- Sous Vide Rack - Stainless steel rack keeps your food filled bags in the water bath for complete heating. Includes 7 dividers - 5 are removable and 2 are built-in as holder.
