Asphalt Crack Repair sealing systems are specially formulated,
self-adhering rubberized asphalt strip materials that are easy to place over clean, dry cracks and joints.
When heated melts and forms a permanent bond on any asphalt,
concrete or masonry pavement surface.
The neat, waterproof seal can be immediately top coated with seal coating if required.

EWT Joint is designed to resist water penetration into a seam/crack. But a crack must be filled prior to "over bonding".

Contractors on jobs where there is minimal cracking will cut Joint into strips and melt it into the crack before over bonding. Sand is ok but a bit unstable.
It can be enhanced by mixing sand with a seal coating emulsion and making it a paste and troweling it into the cracks.
