Smoked cheese is a favorite snack in our household. It is also a favorite ingredient in many of our families meals. In fact, we enjoy smoked cheese so much and I get asked about it so often that I decided to write a how-to guide on how to cold smoke cheese. Over the years of cold smoking cheese I have come up with some helpful tips and they are explained in this guide to cold smoking.
