Warranty	All ez vane weathervanes are designed with powder-coated steel to withstand harsh weather conditions and last for many years to come. All ez vane products are fully warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime* of the product. If one of our products fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace the product free of charge. This limited warranty only applies if the product was (i) used in accordance with ez vane instructions, and (ii) purchased directly from ez vane or an authorized ez vane retailer. Proof of purchase required. Only defects caused by issues with material and workmanship shall be covered. The following damages do not qualify: naturally occurring changes in finish color or texture, standard wear and tear, breakage caused by improper installation, neglect, accident, theft/vandalism, misuse or exposure to extreme natural elements including hot, humid or corrosive environments. Ez vane maintains the right to accept or reject warranty claims at their sole discretion. Ez vane will supply original replacement parts when possible; however, replacement parts may differ from original parts based on availability. Replacements may incur shipping charges. *lifetime warranty is limited to the following conditions: the product was produced and sold by ez vane and used in accordance with our product use instructions. Discontinued products will be replaced at the discretion of ez vane. The warranty is not transferable to a new owner.
