Eliminates the need for any drilling - Stainless Steel Hardware Fasteners - Weather Resistant Powder-Coated Finish - Prevents damage to the home and the woodwork - Makes A/C installation fast, safe and easy year after year - Rugged, Solid-Steel Construction -100% Made in the U.S.A - New York Law compliant - **One-time assembly required ** - Fits windows with a minimum width opening of 23" and a maximum width opening of 38". Many homes and windows have custom construction and the EZ-AC is compatible with most homes. However if for some reason the EZ-AC does not work for your application, we will issue a full refund - No questions asked, once the unit is returned to our facility. This unit is NOT designed to work with windows that open from side to side, nor is it designed to work with homes with other than 2x4 or 2x6 construction. This unit will NOT work with the Frigidaire Gallery series air-conditioners. It WILL work with brick or concrete homes. If you have a stone ledge or any obstruction on the exterior of your home which may get in the way of the supporting leg, we recommend that you do NOT purchase this product. The EZ-AC is best used with standard or double-hung windows of any material. Some applications may require foam insulation panels. Some Air-conditioning units do not have flat bottoms. The EZ-AC will work with these units. However, it may angle the air-conditioner, creating a small gap between the unit and the EZ-AC. This gap can be easily filled with the white foam insulation strip, included. The gaps will not affect the safety or functionality of the EZ-AC. If needed, you can purchase additional foam insulation weather stripping from DUCT or from your local hardware store.
