Material: G10 - Handle Making Sheet | This is USA made G10 phenolic sheet material used for knife and tool handle making. G10 is a fantastic choice as a handle material as it is very strong, does not absorb liquids, doesn’t shrink, and will withstand dishwasher cleaning. G10 features an excellent grip surface and is currently used by many of the world’s most popular knife makers and cutlery brands.
Sheet Size: (3 x 12) Inches | This G10 handle sheet is 3 x 12 inches in dimension. Depending on the handle size needed, this sheet size is easily capable of producing handle sets for 1 or more knives. This sheet size is also popular with makers that use a mill for handle creation, as it is large enough to hold and nest multiple handle scales within.
Thickness: (.125) Inches | This handle sheet is 0.125 inches in thickness. This sheet thickness is perfect for creating handles for knives and tools that only require a thin handle layer, such as pocket knives, or as an overlay to handle spacer materials to create the multi-layered handle effect seen on many of today’s knives. This thickness can be easily sawed and drilled with common equipment.
Color: Coyote Brown/Black | This color combination is a multi-layer blend. Any sanded edges and drill holes will reveal the separate color layers. The multi-layer color pigments on this sheet material will not wash out or fade over time. We have attempted to film each color combination as precisely as possible, but some hue differentiation will occur on each type of monitor.
