Massaman Curry. Originate from the South of Thailand, Massaman Curry carries Muslim cooking heritage using locally grown ingredients. It has a hint of sweet and generous use of spices.

Thailand Massman Curry Serves 3:
- 2 packets (70g) of East KitchenÂ® Massaman Curry Sauce Mix
- 2 Tbsp of Vegetable Oil
- 200g (1/2 lb) of Cubed Chicken, Lamb, Beef or Seafood
- 400ml (1 3/4 cup) of Water
- Good also with Sliced Onion, Tomato, Mushroom.
- Garnish with Roasted Whole Chili, Lemongrass, Coriander.

Cooking time: 10 minutes
- 1. Heat vegetable oil in a saucepan and cook meat on high heat
- 2. Add water, sauce mix, stir until dissolve then add vegetables. Bring to boil
- 3. Reduce heat to medium, stir occasionally until curry thicken. Garnish.
