C2000 1-1/4" x 8 TPI Threads Wood Turning Lathe Quick Change 4 Jaw Chuck with Zoom Ring, Snap Lock Technology and Stainless Steel Chucking Screw

The new Easy Wood Tools (EWT) 4" Chuck with 1-1/4" x 8 TPI threads is the first ever patented quick change wood turning lathe 4 jaw chuck. The EWT Chuck includes two important features that when combined contribute to effortless and lightning fast jaw changes: the Zoom Ring (ZR) and Snap Lock Technology (SLT). The Zoom Ring on the rear of the chuck gives you the ability to open and close the jaw quickly to various gripping diameters with the just your fingertips. Use the Zoom Ring (ZR) to bring the jaws into position to lightly grab your project then use the supplied T-handle Chuck Key for final and secure tightening. Easy Jaw Snap Lock Technology (SLT) allows you to change the set of 4 jaws to the next set in less than 30 seconds. SLT uses no screws or wrenches to exchange jaws. Simply use the supplied Jaw Key to depress a keeper latch in the jaw and then effortlessly slide each jaw out. You then slide the next jaw type in place until you hear the cool sounding "SNAP". No more fumbling with set screws or worrying about installing jaws in the proper order. This gets you back to turning quickly with the jaws you need to securely hold onto any project. A wide variety of accessory jaws is sold separately that allow you use the Easy Chuck for a wide variety of project applications.
