ES-U-1001-R100 is a 1m premium USB to RS232 adapter cable with serial port speed of up to 1 Mbps. This bus powered USB cable has side-lit blue RX and TX traffic indicators. For additional connection reliability, both the USB connector and DB9 serial connector are gold plated. The ES-U-1001-R100 features an integrated electronic assembly using FTDI's FT232R IC and level shifters, to provide an easy-to-use USB conversion. The cable terminates with an industry standard DE-9P (DB9) male. Free downloadable drivers for current Windows, MAC OS X and Linus Operatings Systems.
