Edelbrock 7566 Performer RPM Air-Gap Intake Manifold
- Features a 3. 3 square-inch cross-section
- Air-Gap design separates the runner from the heat of the lifter-valley cover
- Designed for street and high-performance with standard or cobra-jet heads
- Does not have an Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) provision
- Accepts spread bore or square bore carburetors
The Edelbrock Performer RPM Air-Gap Intake Manifold is manufactured from aluminum and given a natural finish. The exclusive Air-Gap design features an open space between the intake runners and the hot engine oil resulting in a cooler, denser charge and more power. The runners are tuned up to move the power band 1,000 RPM higher than Performer Air-Gap manifolds, from idle-5,500 RPM up to 1,500-6,500 RPM. It includes nitrous bosses and accepts accessory brackets including air conditioning, alternator and coil mount.
