2.If your pump do not absorb water, it is not a quality problem and you just need to let the air out of the pump by the following way.

After electrifying the pump,put the inlet pipe into the bucket,should not to connect the outlet pipe until the water is sucked out.

If the water still cannot be sucked out,fill the water inlet after the pump is connected to the power.
