ESG731 is a high quality stator that replaces the OEM stator in the Suzuki VS800 models between 1992 and 2009. Our ESG731 is built on a modern stator core and we install the highest grade copper wire using state-of-the-art winding machines. The high magnetic conductivity of the stator material coupled with the high quality winding wire make for an exceptionally efficient stator that runs cooler than OEM and provides better output especially at lower RPMs. We install the best quality lead wires that offers chafe and heat resistant insulation, the best quality rubber seals, insulation coatings and connectors to make this ESG731 a plug in replacement for the OEM stator that installs easily. ESG731 offers superior performance and reliability compared to the OEM Suzuki stator. Like all other stators we manufacture, we offer ESG731 with a full one year warranty.
