Eleuthera Island (Bahamas) Visitor's Map & Guide FRANKO

This map is double-sided to provide the best balance between a good scale and a convenient sheet size (size 66 x 47 cm / 26 x 18.5 in), with topographic and tourist information.

The main map shows the worm-shaped island of Eleuthera at scale 1:190,000 with extensive description of points of interest above and below the water (including an undersea wreck of a steam locomotive from 1865). Included are diagrams of air and water temperatures and of water clarity for diving (unbelievable 40 metres / 130 feet). The rest of the page is decorated by pictures of different local fish species.

The reverse side includes a simple overview map of the whole Commonwealth of the Bahamas with basic text information on most of the inhabited islands. It also includes three insets with Dunmore Town street plan (i.e. Harbour Island), Rock Sound street plan and Governor´s Harbour plan.
