Embracing the Void: The Power of Nothingness

If you have stumbled across my writings, you may know that I am a huge proponent of releasing anything and everything that is not currently beneficial or useful in our lives. Whether it is tangible stuff taking up precious space in our homes or psychological habits and beliefs we hold true about ourselves. The physical and emotional baggage we carry can prevent us from stepping boldly forward into the life we desire.

Why do we cling so tightly to possessions, commitments, and even relationships far after we have outgrown them? Why do we continue to pursue a life that isnâ€™t bringing us the happiness we seek? In essence, why do we settle for less?

One of the most common roadblocks to releasing the things that bind us is simply our fear of the void. The emptiness that is created when we finally let something go before having a replacement readily available. A moment of pure nothingness wherein we may not know what is coming next, let alone know what is possible. The dreaded void between what is and what is becoming.

This book will encourage you to slow down and take a look at the life you have built. Question everything that you have chosen to surround yourself with and believe to be true. And it just might inspire you to clear out the unnecessary noise and clutter in your life to fully appreciate the things you already have.

For what if having nothing and being nothing represents complete freedom? Freedom from possessions and responsibilities to reinvent our lives. Freedom in thought to simply become the person we have always wanted to be.

The emptiness of the void is nothing â€“ and yet, it is truly everything.

Empty space in our minds and surroundings makes it possible to recognize our sincerest desires and pursue our happiest life. If traditional definitions of success and happiness have fallen flat or you have ignored the gentle yearnings of your heart for far too long, you will find loving support within these pages. Life is meant to be lived, not merely survived.

When we are living our bliss, we are naturally living in a state of joy. We no longer cling to the idea that big achievements will somehow make us happy. For we are happy right now. Joy is a delightful paradox of pure simplicity and abundance overflowing. It is a choice to live with less, but absolute perfection. To love those around us unconditionally, while embracing the differences between us.

Everything we seek is found within. Once we have found it, our lives will never be the same.
