End Game Tackle Company is the leading deep drop rig manufacturer. We build all of our rigs by hand in the USA, on calibrared bench crimpers, using only the best terminal tackle available. The top of the rig features a 225lb barrel swivel which you attach to your main line. The bottom of the rig features a 225lb coastlock snap which you will attach your weight to. (1-5lb depending on current.) Super sharp 8/0 hooks feature a slight offset for better a hookup ratio. Each hook should be tipped with fresh bait or squid. You can effectively use this rig for almost all deep drop fish, from blueline tilefish, grouper, snapper, golden tilefish, blackbelly rosefish. We offer a smaller 6/0 rig for snapper as well. Our deep drop fishing rigs can be used with our without a deep drop LED light. Depending on current, we recommend a 1lb-5lb deep drop weight. While a deep drop electric fishing reel is not mandatory, it certainly helps when you have to use more weight. Please be sure to rinse your deep drop rig after use and you can expect your rigs to perform as good as the day they arrived.
