Whole house energy monitor transmitter with 2 CT clamps
- 2 Clamps easily clamp the two hot legs of your main service (normally inside the main house panel).
- IMPORTANT: THIS DEVICE MUST BE INSTALLED BY A QUALIFIED/LICENCED ELECTRICIAN, UNLESS OTHERWISE PERMITTED BY LOCAL REGULATIONS
- Monitor your energy usage 24 hours a day and 7 days a week.
- Connect the clamp leads to the bottom of the transmitter and make sure that the center input labeled #1 on the transmitter is always connected. Connect the second sensor to the left of the center input. The third input is reserved for 3-phase installations
- Transmitter is mounted inside the breaker box and transmits wirelessly to the display.
- Compatible with EnviR units, 2Gig Control units, and others.
- The Transmitter is powered by 2 D size batteries with a 7 year rated life. Changing of the batteries requires the use of a small Philips screw driver.
- Accuracy is normally within 1%- 2%.
- The transmitter is not rated for outdoor use and must be protected from the weather at all times.
- The Transmitter can accept up to three CT Clamps and collects and transmits the data as channels 1,2 and 3. The transmitter sends a wireless signal up to 100 feet indoors or 300 feet line of sight.
