What do we need vacuum packing for?

Vacuum packing reduces atmospheric oxygen, limiting the growth of aerobic bacteria or fungi, and preventing the evaporation of volatile components.

It is commonly used to store dry foods over a long period of time, such as cereals, nuts, cured meats, cheese, smoked fish, coffee, and crisps.

Vacuum packing can inhibit bacterial growth, so it’s quite suitable for storing fresh foods, such as vegetables, meats, and liquids.

Instructions
1. Open the sealer, plug it into power and red indicator shall turn on.
2. For vacuum sealing, put the open side of packing bag on sealer and make sure it reaches to sponge circle.
3. For semi vacuum sealing, put the open side of packing bag on sealer and let it stay out of sponge circle.
4. Close the sealer and buckle it up, then press the indicator bottom, the sealer shall start working.
5. Red indicator will turn into green after it’s done in a few seconds.
6. Pull up the rubber bottom on the lid to let air go in and unbuckle it.
7. Store packed food into refrigerator and all done!
