Methods of use: take the cake cup one by one from the bottom of nesting cups to prevent any deformation of products; place the cups on the baking mould and pour the finely mixed cake ingredients into the cups ensuring the amount of cake liquid less than 70% of cup capacity; bake for 15 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.

Cautions: no direct exposure to fire and not suitable for cooking; no water or oils are allowed in the cup mould; the highest baking temperature should be not more than 250 degrees Celsius and the baking time should not be too long to avoid damage to the cups and food.

An average baking temperature is 350 degrees Fahrenheit (350℉=176.6℃) ,Time:10-20 minutes.

You can seperate them from the bottom to the upper, it's easy and will keep the shape well.
