According to the Essene traditions, the earliest teacher of humanity known to us was Enoch, the founder of the Essene Brotherhood, who taught how to unite the thinking body of man with the cosmic ocean of thought, infinite and eternal. Next came the Persian Zoroaster, with his teaching of the Cosmic Order. After him, Moses brought down from the Mountain of Sinai the tablets containing the Essene communion with the angels.
