  • ADVANCED MODEL-ROCKET-BUILDING KIT: This kit allows ages 10+ and advanced rocket-building enthusiasts to create our 80-inch-tall 1295 Mean Machine rocket model for thrilling flights. It includes the rocket parts, design decals, a recovery parachute, and instructions. It requires rocket engines, Starters, Recovery Wadding, a launch pad system, a launch rod, and 6 high-quality 1.5-volt AA alkaline batteries for launch use (sold separately).
  • SOARS UP TO 900 FT.: Our long 1295 Mean Machine model rocket features an 80-inch height, a 24-inch preassembled parachute, a twist-lock connector, and a projected altitude of 700 ft. (213 m) using an E12-6 Estes rocket engine (sold separately). It is also compatible with D12-3, D12-5, and E12-4 rocket engines.
  • READY TO ASSEMBLE: Our advanced rocket kit presents a rewarding challenge that requires advanced building skills and 3+ hours of assembly time. Pair it with the Porta-Pad E Launch Pad and E Launch Controller (sold separately) for a successful launch.
  • SAFETY FIRST, FUN ALWAYS: Our rockets are designed to be used with the NAR (National Association of Rocketry) model-rocket safety code. Always ensure you have an appropriate launch site, stand back at least 15 ft., insert the safety key, issue a countdown, and then you can let your rocket fly!
