- Easy to use: Clean cork with warm water and mild soap. Let it dry completely. Sand it lightly with sandpaper to improve the feel and appearance, before painting or after drying. Use a brush to apply a thin, even coat. Air-dry for about 10 minutes. Avoid contact while drying. Apply a second coat if desired.
