*this limited warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased solely from fab international inc. The limited warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. During the warranty period, fab international will repair or replace, but not exchange, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defect because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance. This warranty period for physical goods purchased from fab international is 180 days from the date of purchase. The warranty does not cover any problem caused by conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship; damage resulting from improper maintenance; damage resulting from natural disasters; theft or loss of a product. Fab international requests that in the event of a defected product, the customer provides a photograph or other sufficient proof that the product is damaged. While the repair or replacement of the product will be performed at no charge, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs that may occur.
