This item includes: 1 Sensor bracket, 1 exhaust block off plate, 1 straight barbed brass fitting, 1 39" 5/8" coolant line, 3 zip ties, 1 intake block off plate, 1 4-20 hex bolt, nut and two washers, 5 6mm Allen head bolts, 1 vacuum line cap, 2 hose clamps, 1 coolant block off plate.
