The Backfinâ„¢ Finned Backstrap replaces the backstrap on your mission adaptable grip v1.1 (Type 1 or Type 2), (Will not fit any other type of grip). This product may help you keep your rifle legal in jurisdictions where such a protruding grip is restricted. Manufactured by 3D printing from a high temperature polyester.. RIGHT HANDED only.

INSTALLATION TIPS See complete installation instructions by googling "exile machine backfin installation instructions" Key points to remember during installation: 1.) Grip MUST be removed from receiver. 2) Slide backfin on, then depress white nylon spring latch with finger to slide on the rest of the way. 3) Visually confirm the nylon spring has latched by looking into the bottom of the grip. IF THE SPRING WON'T LATCH: please give it a nudge by inserting a small flat bladed screwdriver into the gap between grip and Backfin from the bottom, and applying gentle upward pressure on the spring.
