The push to open clothes valet rod telescopes out to hang clothing and accessories in your closet space. Similar to the soft close drawer slide, this rod open with a push on the tip, then locks back into place when retracted. This valet rod features an elegant satin nickel finish that compliments most decors. The telescoping arm extends to 9 1/2 inches and holds up to 35 pounds. It is constructed of steel and aluminum for years of trouble free use. The 7/8 inches diameter knob prevents hangers from slipping off. Made to fit a 14 inch or deeper partition, and may be mounted on the left or right side, or on top or below an open shelf. A perfect match to the push open belt and tie racks.
