Having many monumental trees over 200 years old, Ozelia Family Estate has been operating with traditional & sustainable agriculture practices for centuries. The estate is USDA Organic Certified which means no pesticides, artificial fertilizers and substances used ever for the production. Having a great respect for the nature, entire grove has an underground drip irrigation system to conserve the water resources. To obtain the highest possible quality and maximize the polyphenol & antioxidant content in the olive oil, the olives are traditionally hand harvested early in October while they are still green. Thanks to having our own dedicated 2-phased olive oil mill located just nearby, we can press our olives within 1 hour from the harvest, without having to wait in the line at the community mill. 100% natural, high quality, fresh green fruits combined with the immediate, exclusive cold extraction guarantee the consistent premium quality which is evident in our oil with its noticable bold, fresh fruity aromas and peppery finish.
