- EXTRA COVER – Based on market reviews, cargo bags may weaken over time due to wind, rain, and sunlight. To address this, we added a waterproof cover that fully wraps both the bag and basket to prevent leaks and rust. Additionally, the cover protects against UV damage, effectively delaying material aging caused by sun exposure.
- PREMIUM MATERIAL – To ensure rust resistance, the steel pipe undergoes dual treatments: galvanized and painted exterior. The cargo basket supports loads up to 200 lbs. The cargo bag is constructed with heavy-duty 600D PVC-coated grid fabric, heat-sealed for seamless bonding. The waterproof cover utilizes 210D PU-coated Oxford cloth, with all seams reinforced by PU tape to prevent leakage.
- BETTER FIXING – Using the cargo bag alone or combining the basket and net may cause slippage. Our system eliminates this issue: the basket is bolted securely to crossbars with nuts, while the bag’s 8 adjustable straps fasten directly to the basket frame. Luggage remains stable due to the bag’s structured restraint.
- UNIVERSAL FIT – Compatible with most vehicles equipped with crossbars. Supports crossbars up to 35” apart (max pitch). Crossbar requirements: thickness ≤1.6” (4 cm), width ≤6.2” (15.7 cm). Includes U-bolts for quick installation on adjustable crossbars.
