Description

  • Considering that the product may be subjected to impacts during transportation, which could cause the stator to become misaligned or the coil to shift, please note the following:
  • 1. Upon receiving the motor, **be sure to manually rotate the motor shaft first** to check whether it can rotate freely. If you encounter jamming or any blockage, **please email us immediately**. Do **not** power it on directly, as doing so may cause sparks or even burn out the motor!
  • 2. If the motor shaft rotates normally, do **not** connect it to anything yet. First, check whether the motor can operate properly in a **no-load (idle)** condition. If the motor cannot run in this state, it may already be burnt out—please email us immediately!
  • 3. If the motor runs properly under no-load conditions, you may then connect it to your load. Please make sure that **your motor parameters match ours exactly**, as mismatched parameters may prevent the motor from operating correctly. If you encounter any problems during use, please feel free to email us—we will do our utmost to assist you!
