How it work as a Natural Air Purifier:
Himalayan salt lamps emit a number of negative ions into the surrounding atmosphere when it is heated by an external source, such as electricity or candles. The heat produced from the lamp breaks down Na CL Sodium Chloride in a process called ionization. This process is enhanced by the natural process of NACL, resulting in the production of negative ions. Care and Maintain:
1.Usually wipe the outside surface with a damp sponge and dry with a paper towel to keep the transmittance of the crystal.Don't flush or keep it in water directly.
2.The salt lamp will have the moisture condensation in the surface when it is wet. Please wipe it with the dry cloth and light on for several hours,then the moisture will be evaporated.
3.It is better to keep it 24/7,NOT recommended to close the salt lamp,because it will absorb the moisture and shorten the service life. If you don't want to waste electricity, you can turn the lowest brightness with the Dimmer Control.
4.If you are not going to use it for a long time, please wrap it in a plastic bag to prevent the moisture condensation.
