Farberware Millennium Stainless Steel 7-Inch Strainer

For removing lumps from turkey gravy or seeds from tomato sauce--and all the other imperfections when you want silky-smooth gravies, sauces, and broths--a fine-mesh strainer is essential. This strainer is a first-rate example of a tool all serious cooks keep handy. It's 7 inches in diameter, ideal for most home-kitchen uses.
