Ideal for any cake recipe - Designed for cheesecakes, these pans are ideal for upside-down cakes, tiramisu, ice cream cakes and other specialty desserts where the top needs to be preserved. They are also ideal for brownies and bar-type cookies or other thick batter recipes. Simply push up the bottom to de-pan.
Interior measures 9" x 13" x 3" (122.9 x 33 x 7.6 cm), overall 10" x 14" x 3" (25.4 x 35.6 x 7.6 cm). Capacity 12 cups (2839 ml) each.
