- Exquisitely Packed: Our smoked salmon is brined in salt, garlic salt, and brown sugar, then hand-packed in a family-owned Washington State cannery in BPA-free tins and paired with Fly By Jing’s 100% all-natural Sichuan Chili Crisp, crafted in Chengdu. Our trout is slow-smoked in small batches over beechwood, topped with a punchy red chimichurri, and hand-packed in olive oil at a micro-cannery outside of Copenhagen.
