How does the item attach to the fitness bracelet?
Each item is attached to the fitness bracelet by a thin clear elastic cord that is very strong.
The item is handmade to order and will arrive with just enough cord to form two loops.
Just put one end of the fitness bracelet through the first loop and slide the bling onto the band until you are able to put the band through the second loop.
Slide it until it is positioned where you like.
