Start with the red Flow Control portafilter, which doesn’t require a high-quality burr grinder, and which automatically generates the pressure needed for a great espresso extraction. When ready, switch to the Bottomless 2-in-1 Portafilter to dial in your espresso for full control. This portafilter requires a high quality burr grinder.
