We originally tried this recipe with cherries but our customers told us they wanted to enjoy this as a plan friendly variety (cherries are reactive according to The Plan) and we heard the message loud and clear, took out the cherries and substituted (non-reactive) berries, and its better than ever. Thank you for your input! To craft this delicious variety, we start with organic fair trade dark roast coffee generously added to our flax seed base then blend with ground cinnamon and locally sourced molasses. As the granola comes out of the oven, we drizzle with organic dark chocolate for an UNBEATABLE and nearly unbelievable flavor combo. Before bagging, we add a scoop of raw sunflower seeds and non-gmo dried cranberries to round out this delectable treat.
