Note: This lamp will not work on Normal 3 Pin XLR/ 4 Pin XLR/ BNC connectors( because of Volt issue), make sure your mixing console has the Specific 12-Volt Task Light Connector for this led lamp.

Q: How does this lamp work?
A: Consoles require a dedicated 12-volt task light connector for use of this lamp. So this lamp will not operate on a phantom powered mic input. Because the standard for phantom power is +48 volts applied to BOTH sides of the audio signal pair through two resistors, with the V- connected to ground and shield, too high for efficiently driving LED.
