When you’re keeping chickens or other fowl at home, or even if you have some more exotic pets than chickens or ducks, hatching season is one of the most important times of the year in order to welcome new hatchlings into the fold. Incubators are an essential part of hatching season. They create the optimum environment for the eggs and embryos to grow and develop to the best level that they can, and in many cases can produce a much better hatching rate than leaving the incubation to the hens in the coop, as the incubator will keep the environment as consistent and nurturing as possible.

How to incubate:
1. Add water into the base, to maintain 50%~60% humidity make sure there is a minimum of a quarter cup of water in the base. (Add once every 1~2 day to maintain water level throughout incubation process)
2. Insert the base tray first then the turner next.
3. Adjust the dividers on the black egg turner bracket and place it on the turner tray between the two rails with the eggs.
4. Close the top of the incubator while ensuring the egg turner rod is aligned with the egg turner channel. Turn on and set temperature, Count the days of incubation.
5. Remove the turner bracket and tray about 3 days before hatching to give the chicks headroom to walk around. It is recommended to decrease set temperature and raise humidity (add more water) once the eggs hatch.
