The cardboard mic stand in the box is not the stand for daily use. This bundle adds the On-Stage DS7100B sand-cast desktop microphone stand and the Gator Rok-It pop filter — a tabletop broadcast setup ready for the podcast desk, the interview booth, or the voice-over rig.
- 4TH-GEN SOLO PREAMP WITH -127dBu EIN: Most single-channel home interfaces audibly hiss at maximum gain. The Solo 4th-gen preamp doesn't. -127dBu equivalent input noise sits below what a quiet room contains, and the preamp has clean gain headroom for low-output dynamics and the included high-output condenser. 24-bit/192kHz RedNet-derived conversion adds 120dB dynamic range. The recording captures the performance, not the interface coloring it.
- AUTO GAIN AND CLIP SAFE MAKE EVERY TAKE A USABLE TAKE: First-time recordists ruin more takes setting levels than performing them. Auto Gain calibrates the input level automatically in 10 seconds — play, let go of the meter, focus on the song. Clip Safe samples 96,000 times per second and pulls gain before a take clips with no audible artifact. The performance keeps going. The take keeps being a take.
- DEDICATED HI-Z INPUT KEEPS THE MIC AND GUITAR PLUGGED IN: The Scarlett 2i2 makes you choose between mic and guitar on the same input. The Solo doesn't. The dedicated 1/4-inch Hi-Z instrument input on the front panel accepts guitar or bass directly — no DI box, no amp simulator, no swapping cables. The XLR input stays connected to the microphone. Switch between vocal and guitar takes in the DAW with no patch changes.

This bundle includes the DS7100B instead — 4-inch fixed-height shaft, 6-inch solid sand-cast base, 2 lb base weight, five rubber feet for slip-free grip, standard 5/8-27 threading. The base anchors the mic against desk vibration and cable pull. The mic stays where you put it.
