In Slow Cook mode, accurate digital control maintains a range of temperatures from 85 - 195F in 5 degree increments up to just below boiling - the perfect temperature for slow cooking. Traditional slow cookers lack temperature control. In either Low or High setting they eventually heat to the boiling point, often overcooking food. The Folding Slow Cooker heats quickly and accurately to the desired temperature. Prep slow cook meals on a stove top in your favorite pot and just transfer to the Folding Slow Cooker.

Switch to Proofer Mode to create a consistent warm, humid environment for rising (proofing) and fermenting your favorite bread recipes. Optional water tray creates the perfect humidity for bread making. Get professional results baking sourdough, gluten free, whole grain or traditional bread.
