- Aluminum die-cast enclosure with identical height and width to the current B-series
- Flat panel design to avoid inadvertent power-off or level change; auto stand-by mode

Since 1982, the Fostex 6301-Series active monitor speakers have been the standard in broadcast and production facilities. The newly designed 6301N series features a 4-inch range driver for clear audio production and a state-of-the art 20-watt class D digital amplifier for higher output level and less power consumption. The sturdy design features flat-surface controls to prevent accidental volume change or power cut, and a durable aluminum die-cast enclosure. The 6301N also has an auto stand-by mode for energy savings and a detachable IEC type power inlet with multi-voltage power handling. Founded in 1973, Fostex is an acclaimed manufacturer of location sound, multi-track recording, and speaker products.
