The Frenzy Locust refill is made of 100% genuine North American whitetail Deer skin leather strip, shorn Sheep wool and feathers. The Deer Skin is a by-product from free roaming, outdoor reared herds from North America and are protected under America's Animal Welfare Laws and The North American Deer Farmers AssociationÂ®. Frenzy Cat Toys are completely against animal cruelty and the killing of animals just for their skins/ fur. All materials are selected carefully to ensure that the animals are treated with respect, humanely and only use skins/ furs which are a by-product of the food industry which would otherwise go into land fill so no animal is harmed simply to provide fur/ hair.

The Frenzy Locust is made with the leather fixed to a plastic tube running through the middle (No sharp metal bar!) The connection to the wand toy is via a hook on the front fixed to the plastic tubing.
