That Truth is unchanging, that hope is as glorious as it is unfading, that good news is a far greater reality than the oft turbulent woes, disappointments, persecutions and failings of this unstable and heartless world. Songwriters throughout history, though separated by the distance of years of historical context, have nonetheless received, applied and conveyed this marvelous truth in remarkably similar ways.
