They are opaque, bright white and taste slightly sweet with a vanilla flavor. They come in packs of 24 sheets with instructions on how to use with your edible printer and on your food products. After application to cake topping ie. frosting, whipped cream, butter cream, chocolate, or most any food, It will merge with the topping and no longer be a separate sheet.
