The Futronic FS88H fingerprint scanner is an enhanced version of the FS80H USB2.0. It is certified by the FBI to be compliant with PIV-071006 Image Quality Specification for Single Finger Reader. Its unique serial number is factory-programmed, making it easy to track. This feature is important for government identity management projects. The Live Finger Detection feature that rejects fake fingers made from silicone, rubber, or play-doh, and its rugged sensor with a 14mm thick sensor make it a secure, durable fingerprint sensor.
